These Terms of Service govern your use of the Vayoru mobile application and this website. Vayoru is powered and developed by TWS (https://tws.co.ke). By downloading or using Vayoru, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vayoru, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vayoru.

Description of Vayoru

Vayoru is a personal organization app providing a task manager, expense tracker, personal journal, calendar, and local reminders. Vayoru V1 does not require an account to use these features.

Your licence to use Vayoru

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Vayoru on your own devices, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Vayoru only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or this website.

Intellectual property

Vayoru, its design, and its underlying software are owned by TWS. Using the app does not grant you any ownership over Vayoru itself.

Your content

You retain full ownership of the tasks, expenses, journal entries, and calendar events you create in Vayoru. Because this content is stored on your device, we don't need, and don't take, any licence to it in order to provide the app to you.

App availability

We aim to keep Vayoru available and working well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed, or removed in future updates.

Third-party services

Vayoru V1 does not integrate third-party analytics, advertising, or authentication services. If that changes, we'll disclose it in the Privacy Policy before the change ships.

Prohibited use

You may not use Vayoru to store or transmit unlawful content, or to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimers

Vayoru is provided "as is". The expense tracker is a personal organization tool only. It is not financial, investment, accounting, or tax advice, and you remain responsible for verifying your own financial records.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TWS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Vayoru.

Termination

You may stop using Vayoru at any time by deleting your data in the app or uninstalling it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date on this page.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
